How to edit Buffs-Effects & Upgrades?

I have the normal editor, for some reason my brand new good computer can't handle better editors, but thats not my issue!

There is no "Buffs/Effects" tab, or "Upgrades" tab in the Object Editor, I have no idea why. Should'nt I be able to edit those things with the regular unaltered world editor?

Also, I can't seem to find a few desired ability effects life "starfall" or the starfall buff, so my abilities don't have the desired look either.

Why are these things missing from my editor? Any help? Should I re-install?

Usually it's not the PC, but the antivirus that is messing up JNGP (if that is what you mean with the better editor).

And yeah, the "Buffs/Effects" and "Upgrades" tab should definitely be there.
Maybe it has something to do with Reign of Chaos? I don't know if that editor has those tabs (if anyone could verify this).
If I were you, I'd try re-installing/patching, yeah. Battle.net contains some fast downloaders for RoC and TFT. Or you could use the CD's if you want to

Reinstall.

RoC didn't have Ability/Buff tabs, but definitely had Upgrades tab.

probably because you downloaded your wc3 from piratebay or some russian site
