[Solved]How to edit animation sequences of an existing model?
I had this idead for a modern type of map, primarily insipred by this skin:

The obvious problem for a modern map with modern weapons is that this is just a skin, so I was wondering if it's possible to edit a model's existing animations. I tried importing a villager model into Milkshape 3D and exporting it back just to see what will happen and all of the animations are gone(as well as the textures, but that would be an easy fix). Seeing as it's going to take quite a while to do a simple pistol shoot animation for me, redoing all of the animations is simply not an option for me.
