How to Download Models, Spells, etc

I just hit download and i hit save and when I opened up my WorldEditor I can't find them or I just dont where they went...

usally they're zip files if it's a model, then you need to extract with program like 7zip, ultimate zip, win rar etc

if it's a spell, download it to the right map, usally in the maps folder somewhere in warcraft 3 folder

OK i extract and on my world editor i still can't find it nor see it....im downloadin units and I can't find them anywhere in my World Editor HELP

ey you didnt say that and now I know your problem.

Just because you download models, it doesnt mean that they're inside world editor auto, you have to import them with import manager, set the path if there are any to the correct one and then restart we, open your map and here we go!

What the hell do you expect, when you download something it is magicly imported? Unzip the model, import it into your map and import teh correct textures if needed

Ok so I went to import manager and imported a model i downloaded... it reconizes it as a model... but what do i do next? X out of that or what?

usally when you download models, just above the download link there are a "how to import" link, like this one How to import the model Prime Matron

You need to select it at the units object data

1.) Downloaded the fkn file
2.) Unzipped it
3.) Open up WE and go on Import Manager
4.) Imported the model

Thats how far I am... I hate that fkn link because Im runnin a windows not a MAC. I'm seriously just goin to give up and snap the Wacraft disk

There is no such tutorial in that site. As a matter of fact, it's completely empty, save for some pictures and links.
The game is Warcraft 3, not World of Warcraft 3.
