first of all, im sure there is a tutorial here that tells you how to do it.
And at the place you downloaded the model, it is written the path of the model. Right over the download button, it says: Not sure how to import this model? click here!

1. Download model (anywhere)
2. Unzip
3. Import ALL files (not the readme)
4. remove the "war3imported" by double clicking and using "custom path".
5. check the readme or the download page for the texture paths and set them
6. Save and close WE, reopen
7. Use object editor to give the model to a unit.
