How to disable neutral unit hero XP gain ?

I don't want neutral hero units to be able to level up for example: 500 --- >501 so what to do?

Better yet, you can disable it for a player by adjusting their Experience Rate.
  • Player - Set hero experience rate for Neutral Hostile to 0.00%
^ Looks something like that.
