How to Convert TFT Maps to RoC

I've heard that it is possible to convert a map from TFT to RoC, but I'm not sure how it is done, and this is (I believe) the only way to import models and skins into a map and allow units to steer on ice and still make it available to be played on RoC.

So, anybody know how I can do this, or provide a link to someplace that explains it?

If you create a map that doesn't have TFT terrain or TFT units placed on the map, when you save it, it is w3m. That means even if you save a .w3x map, if later you remove TFT uints from the map it saves once again as .w3m.
