How to compile Jasshelper.exe

That depends on what language it is.

If it is C++/C, then you need an appropiate compiler.
If it is LUA (which I think it is) or python you will need a special converter which bundles an interpreter with the .exe file.
Simlar tools exist for java code but usually it is best to leave it as a java.class as it is more portable.
