How do you extract files from the jasshelper

I have the newest version of jasshelper.
How do you get the jasshelper.exe out of the 7z file?

And while i'm at it...
The NewGen warcraft 3 file in the JNGP folder that I downloaded won't open. Says this in the ongameload log:
loading kernel32.dll
loading blizzard.ax
loading Game.dll
Game.dll loaded...pausing and running script
Error: RegisterNatives signature not found
