How to check for Texture ID?

I mean the texture ID for use in Material>Texture ID(animated).
I don't think it's the replacable texture ID part for textures either, cause I've tried it.

And besides testing each and every texture ID one by one.
Edit: I'm guessing the only way is to check the mdl format of the file, you can't do it in Magos?
