In need to change the burn effect from the "Phoenix Fire" ability, it has no buff or effect so how do I change the burn special effect?

How to change the "phoenix fire" flame effect?

Go to object editor -> buffs / effects
Find standard phoenix fire buff and change it. (I think you cannot create custom buff for it)
