Look, when i pan for an camera i dont cam press the "Page Up" or "Page Down", at the camera go back for the original position :/

How i can down or Up the game image without cancel the current camera used?

You may use Camera - Lock Camera Target To Unit to make the camera follow an invisible unit while still having free rotation and perspective.

More if i "Look" the camera in an unit how i can move the screen with mouse? how i can use the mouse too? :S

You have to make a trigger that changes camera height or distance to target.

ahh,so you fixed the angle of attack then you want to change it w/ page up/down right?
if that's so,use RtC instead
