How do you make music take up less space?

I like using music in my map. (Real music like song made by bands) They take up alot of space and i wanna know how to make them take up less space. I still want them to be full songs and not shorten to wat i only need because i need the whole song.
 
You don't want to do that. Putting the bitrate that low will make the quality almost unbearable, and it will certainly warp the sound file beyond anything. The lowest I recommend going is to 64 kb/sec that way you can still cut the bitrate in half (at least), cut the filesize down a whole ton, and still maintain bearable audio quality.
