ok i have seen in many good maps they edit this (picture given in attachments)
i want to edit that any ideas how to do?

You can only *replace* User Interface (UI), you will need a pack which contains files that replace each part of the UI. I think there are 2 ways to do that:
1) you import it using a specific path (in similar manner like icons) - you can replace this way your selected UI (e.g. night elf UI only)
2) you use Game Interface option and replace it there, but that will either replace all UIs or human UI only I think

side question, what if I would put a transparent picture and use as UI? or blp doesnt support that?

I think someone tried it and it showed black mask underneath it
