How do I get Auto Refresh to host games?!

I think the program is called "GHost".

And I also think its in the tool section.

But I beg you STOP THIS FUCKING AUTOHOST BOTS! THEY ARE RUINING BNET

He isn't asking for Ghost++ by the way. I don't know where to find the program he wants though, the version I had was killed by 1.24.
