[General] How do i create an Event that changes the hue during the Night?

Here's an Interesting Question: How do i change the Hue of the Entire Map during the Night (Think of a Bloodmoon) or even during the Day (Think of a Solar Eclipse) with a Trigger? Or better Question: Is that even possible without changing the game itself.

Well I downloaded this and tested it and it still works. I just don't know how they work with exactly.

DNCs are global omnilights. You can edit their colors and intensity in notepad. The color values are {Blue, Green, Red} in decimal.

They use Hermite interpolation in SD. You can linearize them with Magos' or RMS to make them easier to edit.
Here are the notable times in the SD global sequence cycle:
333 or 60333: Midnight
15333: Dawn
45333: Dusk

They're already linearized in the HD version, and the keyframes are 333 milliseconds behind their SD counterparts.
0 or 60000: Midnight
15000: Dawn
45000: Dusk
