How to Resurrect my friend in the game? Where is the altar and white does it work ?

You have 3 revive "tomes" or i dont know how their called and when you die, then you will be automatically be revived after a few seconds at the spot where you died.
If your friend doesnt have any revives left, then i think you can give him some of your own by clicking on Alliances or Resources on the top left of the screen and there you can exchange revives.

And maybe he should do a little research before asking a question like this here :S
Seriusly, it says how many revives you have in the upper corner, and i think that it says that in the "quest log".
