how can i make fast Tower! (must use Tools)?

take a model aditor and edit skins + model of a tower...? u can get pretty good stuff from that... and its pretty basic... else ull ave to model a bit ;P

That's about the way to do it.

I do not think a tool for making towers easilly exist. However you should have no problem making them using the WE object editor, although it may get a bit tedious.

You can attach models to the attachment points of the towers in WC3, with triggers, like they did it in YouTD.

i want connect some program like delphi to warcraft worldedit
because World edit Object Editor is very slow and Need Much Time !!!

To clarify...

I think he means a program like Object Editor that can create units for the World Editor without the long time it takes to edit data.

At the top of the World Editor, click Window and then uncheck Brush List. Try editing Unit data now--it should be faster.
