[Spell] How can I make all abilities get cooldown?

How can I make all of the units abilities to begin cooldown time?
Example: Unit casts a spell, makes all of it's abilities cooldown.

No good way to do that.

Only way is to make the unit cast them. Which will interrupt orders.

I don't want to RESET the cooldowns, I want to start them. Like world of warcraft global cooldowns, there are some abilities that when cast turns all abilities in cooldown mode.

You can use something like this

to simulate the cd (also works for active abilities).

The problem would be in detecting what are the abilities of a certain unit which the only solution I can think of is manually mapping the abilities to your unit types and using hook on UnitAddAbility.
