Hotkey modification?

Does anybody know where I can change the hotkeys? I'm trying to find out how, and I am having a good amount of trouble .

Hot Key Mod

I don't have the game infront of me atm but i think all you have to do is open the main menu and select hot keys, key bindings, or something to that effect. In the morning when my parents are up ill get on the game and look for more specifics on it.
