This is, uh, pretty dang impressive. Even for you. Custom texture that still pretty much fits Warcraft, loads of animations (the customary Direfury "uber mode" secondary anims, of course). A big special glowing sword, a HUGE elven scythe... Geez man.

I think it's better if he looks 'bulky'. That's how all warcraft III heroes look like and this model fits nicely.

I love this model. The animations are nice, concept, everything. The idea is neat, but I must say I don't like scythe. It's nothing bad, it's personal taste. I might actually make something to use this animation set for. Some warrior with holding a flag instead of scythe.

What a beautiful model, I like the details and animations, but there's something with walking movements. He looks like he's skating, specially in Walk fast animation I'd suggest adding little jumps each time he gives a step.
