Hiding the attribute bonus icon

alright i read the tutorials on the spell books and they tell me everything except how to add an ability after you have learned it already.

basically what im trying to do is make the attribute bonus for a hero hidden. (EXACTLY like nevermore in dota.)

my question is.. how is this done?
