if for example i'll be adding a shockwave with E as hotkey

how will i hide it in hero's list of ability but if player presses E then it would still activate.

Confirmed.

You can try filling the command card with passives, see if it can pick up the hotkey.

EDIT: Tested, hotkeys only trigger if they are in the command card.

like if you active one spell which would be skillbook for example then the hero's list spell would reset and have a different set which also have a cancel then it would return to normal. without having or selecting a different unit.

Didn't understand that quite clearly but maybe you cold use spellbooks..

oh you mean item? there is a spell book (skill) in the ability tab in the object editor..
