You know the hero icons that appear on the left side of the screen when you have heroes that are active ? They are there to let you quickly select heroes.
I want a way to make it so that the heroes don't show up there.

Lol, I just thought of something that could make the heroes not there. But it will require placing dummy heroes in the game >.<. It'll be messy so I don't think that you want to do what i'm thinking.
Make a dummy HERO with no icon picture, create about 10 of them for each player that you "don't want to see the heroes". Kill the created heroes after 5 seconds or something. The left side of the screen will be overflowed with almost blank spaces (the dead hp bars will still be there >.<) then, when you make a hero, it should be off the screen so you can't click the icon.

Hm, it actually wont be messy if the hero icon is blank, I just noticed that the HP/MP bars don't show up when a hero is dead, so if the icon is blank there would be nothing there

Anyways, i've also been thinking about making the icons transparant but that wouldn't disable the function of them if you mouseover on them.

Do you mean like, there will be squares of transparentness that you cant do the normal warcraft 3 stuff on?

Go to the Unit Editor
Select the hero
Stats - Hero - Hide Hero Interface Icon: Set to True
And if you want to remove it from the scorescreen post-game, perhaps just remove the hero from the game before you end it? Although it wouldn't catch people who left mid-game.
