Hero won't level any further than 5

My hero won't level any further then 5. He stops gaining exp after reaching level 5 also the max level is 45 in the gameplay constants so does anyone know the problem?

 

[Day-Elven]

Advanced --> Gameplay Constants.
Her XP Gained --> Creep reduction table.

Remove there all integers and write "100" instead of them.

 

[Vegavak]

You have to change the EXP table to stop diminishing.
