Hero Permantly death

Hi,
In my custom map, Ive setup a team of 12 heroes, sometimes when a hero dies I see that it gets “Permantly death” meaning it drops its items and making it unable to revive. Every testmap there is a diffrent hero that is affected.

Any clue what may cause it?, just another bug that hopefully will be solved in future patch ?
I havent made any strange trigger or custom change that I’m avare of that would possible cause this issue.

I was thinking... as ive set some of the heroes to have models of a normal unit, spirit walker etc.
Could it be that the game thinks it actually is a unit with to many items in inventory?

Do you "Remove" the unit? Also, how are you creating your Heroes?

Maybe the items are droppable upon death?

No, they are simply dying from enemy damage.
Ive used hero Jaina as base, changed model to SW... would it matter that this hero have no hero skills, only unit skills?

No, every item is set to: "Dropped when carrier dies: False"
