Hero is stuck at 5th level

I was today testing a hero and he was stuck at 5th level, he wasnt getting exps and exp bar was empty and it was just showing Level 5 Titan and number of exps he had was 1400 and it needed 2000 exps for next level. And the weirdest thing on it is and why i created this tread is in constants is the maximum level 10000. Can someone help me with fixing it?

heroes do not get exp from creeps when they are level 5 or more. You can change it in the gameplay constats though.

To gain EXP above level five... there are 2 ways.

1. Player owned units. They give exp even without you changing gameplay constants like Jampion above said.

2. Oen Advanced > Gameplay Constants > tick use Custom Gameplay Constants > find the "Creep Reduction Table" and change its value to whatever suits your needs and is above 0.
