Hero Idea Contest?

I'm planning to create a fun contest wherein you will make a hero concept that fits on the theme said. This would be useful to mapmakers who are finding hero concepts that could fit to their map. I will also create a depository thread where all the concepts could be found.

I need some suggestions and additional infos.

The theme must be also discussed and when it will start or end. Also for the prizes.
