Hero can purchase only one item type?

how can i make a hero requirement to acquired the item. . ???
for example: blade master can only pick up or purchase dagger of scape if not, or other hero pick up the item or purchase the item, the item will be drop. .

ohhh it's working now... i change "not equal to" to "equal to"
