Help with VBox?

So I have adobe Photoshop CS and whenever i try to open up photoshop i get the message

Failed to Initialize VBox!(0002-0073-0066)

Any idea how to fix? Can anyone help?

Maybe your version is illicit, or you are missing several parts to the program
