Help with this model (some FIXES to anim and teamcolor)

1- Can some one please fix the birth animation please (it "progress" does not fits with building construction progress).
Examp: Anim ends earlier or later. its bugged.

2- Please turn its banner to a team color signal.

Please help as you want/can.
