Whenever I create a dummy unit by trigger and make it cast soul burn on a target or any spell if it's cast many times in a short period of time it starts to lag. How can I make it not lag ?
Every ability needs to be initialized. But as for Soulburn could think you have set the damage interval to 0, which does not do no damage but executes the intervals very fast.
Solved it, turns out you were right...I set the damage period to 100 and it works like a charm I tested it on 20 units casting the same spell and only a bit of lag not even noticeable when you play..

Time taken for one (1) complete cycle (in this case, the cycle would be damage per cycle). If you put 100, that would be damaging the unit per 100 second.
