Help with item selection

Does anybody else have this problem? I have an item that has a shield model. Now, said model is visible on the unit when the item is equipped, so there's no problem there. The problem is, I'm having trouble picking it up. None of my units can pick it up for some reason. I also have a sword item, which is similar to the shield item, but at least my units can pick it up. Is there anything I can do, like the selection size of the item or something, coz nothing I do seems to work.

maybe the problem is in the Art - Selection Scale and Art - Model Used..
did you changed the art model?
and also the art selection scale?
check it.

I had the same problem with some models/weapons I took from Blizzard's models.

I used Magos' war3 model editor, and from there

Open model file, edit -> register extentions.

After that I was able to pick it up.
