Help With B.net plz!

Okay When ever i try to get onto battle.net

I get An Error:

Unable To connect To Battle.net

You maybe trying to conntect to an invalid battle.net server if you are using a modem u may need to manually connect to the internet before you connect to Battle.net

I do Not have a modem and it was just working yesterday Plz Help Me!

i did what is said and it still isnt working

Make sure you have no background probs running, and make sure you have set wc3 to use the internet. For a known fact to my knowledge, peer guardian i think gives u this message as well.

Are you sure firewall isn't blocking? Try restarting your internet.

Whenever I would get that error it would just be either:
A. I didn't have my internet connection up.
B. Norton Antivirus' Firewall system was blocking it and I had to make it accept it.
C. It was some random thing that I had no idea about and it cleared up after a day or two.
So I don't know
