[Import] Help with an Icon issue

I am new to the world editor, I've used similar programs though for games like darkstone and divine divinity. Everything was going smooth, models, sounds, triggers, images, then I got to the Icons. as far as custom icons for the interface that works fine, the item icons appear in the shops but when I buy them it shows up green in my heroes inventory. could someone help me out?

Would it be similar to how you have to import and define the path of a texture for a model?

I dont think this is the issue here, that is only the issue when the game is paused which it isnt @screenshot

But the owner of the building is not Player(0) in the picture.
And items of units by other players which you cant controle are shown with DISBTN I think.

When u download an icon from the Hive it have at least 2 .blp files after u extract the .rar file, BTN and DisBTN. When u import the BTN file make sure to also add the disBTN file and make the correct path.

Ohhh see I used Photoshop for the Icon and BLP Lab to convert it, I'm assuming I could just make the disbtn file.

Okay so turns out it was the DISBTN prefix as you can see with the studded vest.
