Read this:Mdlvis: model edition/creation, animation and UV Mapping.
So, basically:
1. Create an animation (click create on MDLvis)
2. Rename it with format of Warcraft III (Like Stand, Stand Defend, etc).
3. Click movement.
4. Click the name of bone and move it to set default position when the model start using animation.
5. Click frame, the click add.
6. Move the bone to anywhere you want.
7. Repeat step 5-6 each time you want animating in each animation

At least that how I do it

P.S: I attach a model down here, only create an animation (An experiment!)
