for some reason, i can't get models onto my map...
tell me if i'm doing this right:
1)I download the model and extract all the nessesary textures in WC3 Viewer.
2)I import the textures, model, skin ect. to WC3: WE.
4)I change the names to the right names (ex: Textures\Flare.blp)
5)I change a units model to my imported model.
6)I put it on map, a green box appears (hmm?), delete it, restart WC3: WE.
7)STILL a damn green box!!!

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Um... hmm i guess ill put an example

If you dl a model youll probly see something like this.

Textures\Flame4.blp
Textures\Clouds8x8Fade.blp
Textures\LavaLump2.blp
Textures\Flare.blp
Textures\M1A2Abrams.blp

The one in red is the one you use for pathing(blp files only)
SO im thinking thats what youve done wrong.

Seems to me you've exported unnecessary skins. In many cases models use their own skin + several in-game textures. Since the in-game textures are already in game, you don't need to import them. All you need to do is import the skin belonging to the model (it can even be all in-game textures meaning you don't need to import any .blp files), and give it the proper path.
