Help me with my First MAP

Well Guys, i came here because i need help with my trigers, i did my first map but isnt complete yet, i know the basic trigers like teleports and open gates but i'm having trouble to copy spells from others maps to my map, the spells come with to many bugs the character use 3 spells in same time and the spell stay for 1 min or more on the map....
also i need help with the respawn script cause the one i have i copyed from another map and i dont know if it will bring me more troubles if some one can help me just send me one mensage, i'll sleep now tomorrow i will check it.
PS: That's my first map i have no experience with World Editor!

Well you need to post trigger here so we can check it!

if ur spell is bugged check the trigger make sure casted spell is equal to the imported spell


btw there is a lot of tutorial here in hive...its realy good and can help you a lot.check it out

btw if u r realy newb u can always open other open source map and learn some stuff there or even start by creating small map even a melee map

learn about the object editor and when ur good at it u can switch and learn more about the trigger editor.and then im sure that u will learn how to import spells properly..


start small then ------->>>>BIG=succes
start Big then ------------------evenntually will fail..(just like the old me)

You can post the triggers and/or the map here and we could have a look at it and see whats wrong

1. When you copy a spell, you MUST import all objects/triggers even buffs and dummy units for it to work..and do check the >>> FILE >>>PREFERENCES >>> GENERAL >>> AUTOMATICALLY CREATE UNKNOWN VARIABLES...
