Help me please!

I need some help with:

1. Making items where when you grab one its yours

2. Making level caps where a level 5 cannot exp with a level 50

3. Making sets for heros

If anyone can answer a few of these i would appreciate it thanks. Sorry for my horrible typing last posts 8)

ok i can get your past lvl 10 what you do is you go to advance at the top and then click on gameplay constants then check the use custom gameplay constants then find maximum hero lvl and it is 10 then change it to watever you want then find creeps gain reduction table and that will tell how much xp you get for killing a creep but it will only reach lvl 5 you neeed to make it where you keep getting ex till watever lvl you want the hero to reach


then for the items for being yours you have use variables i haven't done it myself but im pretty sure you use variables

I would like to discourage the setting an item to a player thing, it really takes away from teamwork.

but then the high levels can give their godly ones to level ones and then they can level very easy. i would like a teamwork map yes, but you have to be in level range for exp like 5 mabey 10 levels range. If anyone can help me with anything on the first post please reply i need help badly lol im a rookie~
