Help me Find Trigger Solution ( Newbie)

Hi, i am making melee maps with Optional Neutral Hostile Unit (The Lich King) to play with my friend. But i am having problem while adding new trigger. I hope someone can give me solution or help me edit the trigger (You can download my maps if you want to help me edit)

My problem is:
1. I want to make The Lich King gains 250 health every 10 seconds after he took damage ( I tried to add trigger..which is:Unit - Set life of (Triggering unit) to (Life of (Triggering unit)) But there is no option to add +250 on it

2. I set Neutral Hostile Lich King to cast Blizzard on attacking unit but he didnt stay casting the Blizzard spell is finished

3. I made Lich King gain 1 strength stat everytime he kills a unit and stop gaining strength after he gained 70 strength from 70 kills. But I want strength gain only last for 180 seconds. so that means even if he gained only 1 strength from killing a unit, that 1 strength stay only for 180 seconds.

I am sorry if this is really simple and easy. But i spent all day to work on this and i am still confused with it. I hope some good people can help me! Thanks. Will add rep + for anyone that help me !

Copy-paste Item life bonus ability. Make it have two levels. Set level 1 bonus to 0 and level 2 bonus to -250.

When you want to add 250 health, give the ability to a unit, set the ability level to 2 and remove the ability.

That was the step by step instructions. What part needs clarifying?

You can not modify max life with that. Only with the method I posted.
