Help me choose!

Hey guys

Im having a crisis for my map,Empires of dusk.I cant decide whether the Idea stated below is worth including into the map.
I made two different choices for settlement.They are called Permanent settling and semipermanent settling.
Permanent has:-

• Stronger buildings
• The settled environment helps research

Semipermanent has:-

• Mobile Buildings
• Faster Units

Help me pls!

No,no,you misunderstood me.
The settling thing is one idea.I have already implemented it,but need help deciding whether to remove it or to keep it.

So,either kick both systems or keep both of them.

Your title is "Empires of Dusk" which to me implies that the forces would be more permanent. If you must choose, stick with the permanent.

If you can keep them both, do so. The notion that some empires are nomadic in nature is intriguing.
