Perfect model... 10/10, but something bothered me about it for a while. I couldn't put my finger on it.

This model is awesome. I'm using it for a custom map I'm making. There is just 1 weird problem that keeps happening to me. When I use the model in the game, the portrait is always random. It sometimes shows the model full body but tiny, then sometimes it always shows a shoulder and not the face. And at rare chances it doesnt show a portrait at all. What should I do?

A phenomenal model!
The armour and tc placement are tasteful, the weapon replacement looks really good and objects aren't clipping into each other. Really suitable for some sort of Hellish race!
