Hel - First skin

Dentothor said it looks flat and cannot be approved until it is fixed.

I don't think he even downloaded the skin and just came up with that remark based on the blp preview. I think it looks great in-game!

Oh well, haha. Any suggestions on making this look better so I can get it to be approved?

color, noone really likes black/white textures. Your texture looses a lot of personality and creativity that way.

Well "hel" the godess of the underworld in the northern mythology is a 2 parted person.
She combines light and darkness and that should become clear with the skin.

So I suggest more contrast maybe divided in 2 parts of her body :/

it is not based on what YOU think. it is based on what me and the skin mods think. you are correct. i did not look at it in game because it was not worth looking. If you show everyone the unwrap they might agree with me. It was way too flat, had no colour tone, and had next to no shading at all. Instead of complaining to everyone else about how "not fair" my judgment is, try taking my advice and improving what i told you to improve. As your skin moderator, i think i would know quite a lot about these things. so you would be wise to take the advice i give you.

I know it's a little strange to link to my own work, but meh, this is only to show you what is really needed in your skin besides shading: Colour, this black and white will NEVER get approved because it's not even touching reality, you only saw skins like that on TV 40 years ago. But nowadays there s even colour on tv.

(Note this is meant to be a "son" of hel, and I planned to skin it on arthas, when I started of, before seeing that you can't skin this parted face)

Like everyone said, you really need to get rid of the monotonous of skin by adding some minor colour variety.

This skin does have good potential though.

i dont even think u really need color in this one, but its basically just black and white..
add more contrast!

also, i would disagree with Denothor, I think there is much worse stuff in the database, i think it should not get rejected!
But I am not Texture Moderator, so what does my voice count?
