HEEEELP Can't find the tools!!!!!

I have bought 3ds max 5 and i wanted to import a model. i have read this tutorial http://www.wc3campaigns.com/showthread.php?t=53083&highlight=import+models
but i can't find Fadi's Importer script 1.00 and Yobguls Converter. Where do i find them???

when i load a mdx file with yobguls file converter it says that it is a unknown file format.... i just stand what :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:
