anarchianbedlam: Filesize is too large, a lot of useless poly data in the middle, sword itself looks terrible, too squat and bad UV wrap.

hmm looks like your only scaled the verticies of the deathknight to 0 and moved it into the middle

filesize is to big but don't worry my first attachment was nearly the same xD
