Hello,

Just wondering since the action "Hashtable - Save ability"

causes world editor too crash, what can i use in replacement for this action?

As my spell system i've made each going to be used for multiple spells and i need it to create the right dummy for the correct ability being cast.

I believe u can save the ability id in GUI but I'm not sure if it does if not ull have to use a custom script for it.

Another option is use an ability array and index them in and save an integer were the ability would be. That way when u load u use the integer as the index for the ability.

• Custom script: set udg_tempInt = GetSpellAbilityId()
• Hashtable - Save tempInt as value of key in hash

Is there a way to store the rawData code of the ability being cast because that creates a certain digit code.

As on of my spells is "1093677896" by using that way.

That integer is the spell ability if that ur using now.

I mean like "Agyb" instead of "1093677896".

As using the rawdata would be a lot easier and faster then using the digits.

'Agyb' is an integer. its an ascii value. so integers are the fastest. i believe bribe made an ascii to string converter but i would just use the custom script u have there.

How is it easier? It does not matter to the game. Literals are converted. Maybe you want to check if you have caught the right ability. You can use the mentioned converter for this or request the name of the ability with string function Name of Ability.
