[General] Hashtable in JNGP

Hi guys. While using JNGP, I'm trying to save some special effect into the Hashtable. But when I open the action Hashtable - Save Effect Handle, I can put value to the first 2 underlined red thing butwith the 3rd, I cannot do that. It told me that I dont have any variable of the handle type. But I remember when I was using WE, I can put directly Hashtable - Get Handle ID of some units into it. Is that a problem with JNGP or the problem with my Wc3?
