Hack tutorial?

Any1 know how to make wc3 hacks? what i'm trying to do is make it so that when you move the mouse curser to the left of the screen, the camera will rotate left, not move left. and the same with the right. I just want to know how to make hacks. where do they come from, what they really are, how can i manipulate one.

hacks for a map like changing max slope of terrain. or the way the camera zooms in. not like mh/cheats

Erm..... Pan camera over 10 seconds to camera. It rotates the camera to the camera chosen.

I don't know wether it's possible or allowed, but some people used some kinda program for it.. you have to run some specific program, before starting the map and you could walk around and with WASD and look with mouse, like in a FPS Game.. but I don't know the Name or even how it worked.. so you have to google this mod/map. So it's possible with a seperate program, GL finding it.
