As far as I'm aware, the model I used as concept is still called "Gypsy Wagon" in WoW mpqs, so its name is more of a tribute
A quick search in Google hasn't revealed that it's widely considered offensive. Also, it doesn't nessessarily mean Romani, it's basically anyone who travels a lot. Here's what Cambridge Dictionary says:

a member of a group of people who travel from place to place esp. in Europe and who originally came from northern India, or anyone who travels often and does not live in one place for long.

Of course, you can always call it "Merchant Cart" in your map or whatever you find more appropriate.

Some optimizations would be nice:

• recalculate extents
• inside geoset animations have a keyframe with a track for each sequence, not just one or a few
• unused geometry here and there
