I always felt like there was a lack of a neutral-themed wagon model, so this is my attempt at making one by modifying the Blood Elven Wagon.
Normal version has a consistent blue glow throughout any team color, and team colored version has a bigger colored glow.

This will work most proper, for a Dalaran-related map where you must capture "specimens" for experimenting. Great job!!
