GUIDANCE NEEDED

I really want to know if it is possible to GET a SPELL from an existing map and transfer it to my own map???

Is that possible???

Also, I want to know where I can adjust the damage and the range of the spell as well as the Mana cost and if it is passive and stuff...

Can Anybody please answer my questions??
I am starting a map project sooo I would really appreciate your guidance and will of course credit you for that...

If you do not know how to do this, then you shouldn't be making a project.
